Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Once your order ships, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Rate
We offer one flat-rate shipping option.
Flat-rate shipping: $10
We do not currently offer free shipping, expedited shipping, or overnight shipping.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
MOMNTS is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives with the product itself damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@livemomnt.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Replacement, store credit, or other resolution may be offered at our sole discretion.
