Setup checklist: To fully activate the admin backend, add these two environment variables in Netlify → Site settings → Environment variables:

SUPABASE_URL — your Supabase project URL (e.g. https://abcdef.supabase.co)
SUPABASE_SERVICE_KEY — service_role key from Supabase → Settings → API

Also create two tables in Supabase SQL editor: insider_signups and site_content. Instructions are in the function files inside netlify/functions/.

Signups are also captured as Netlify Form submissions (backup). View them at app.netlify.com → Forms.

Create and manage products. Drafts are hidden from the public until set to active.
